Though I will admit that the word that comes to mind is disappointing.Nethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16963540055415924510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17224228.post-30645061137785089062011-06-30T21:01:38.393-07:002011-06-30T21:01:38.393-07:00If Kellhus turns out to be either insane, evil or ...If Kellhus turns out to be either insane, evil or both, I still hope he kicks everyone's ass in the end. :D
I am a bit tired of the "good" hero saving everyone. Kell is my favourite character because he doesn't get bogged down by sentiments or morals (just like the angel in Mark Twain's story The Mysterious Stranger doesn't either). He's not some "hero" who everyone can relate to. He kicks teeth and get's the job done. That's that. And he does it with style.

Akka is a whining little bitch no matter what he finds out about The Aspect Emperor and Inrilatas is pretty close to being awesome :)

I like your reviews. Can't wait to see your WLW one when you're done. I'm almost finished reading it :) Thanks!itonoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17224228.post-22143671659372884992009-04-24T10:55:00.000-07:002009-04-24T10:55:00.000-07:00Great review, even if we don't share the same feel...Great review, even if we don't share the same feelings towards the series. My thoughts are much the same as yours and I plan on beginning work on my review next week after exams, although I might not have it posted for some time afterward. But you pretty much cover a lot of the ground I wanted to address.

Needless to say, I liked the review ;)Larry Nolenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16001420558511460998noreply@blogger.com
